Vehido helps you log maintenance history, track expenses and set budgets for your cars and motorbikes. From Home you can reach: My vehicles, Timeline, Budget, Expenses, Shop and Upgrade to Premium; your personal settings are under Account.

1. Quick start

Sign up or sign in.
Go to My vehicles → Add vehicle.
Open Timeline and add your first entry (for example your last fill-up).
Open the vehicle's Reminders to turn on maintenance and oil-change reminders.
Open Budget to set a monthly spending limit.

2. Sign up / Sign in

Create an account with email and password, or choose Continue with Google. If you forget your password, tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email (check your spam folder too). Tap Sign out in Account when you want to leave.

3. Managing vehicles

In My vehicles, tap Add vehicle and enter: vehicle name, license plate, brand, model, year and current odometer (ODO). You can edit a vehicle's details at any time.

Free plan: up to 2 vehicles, no vehicle sharing, ads shown (on mobile).
Premium plan: unlimited vehicles, unlimited sharing members, no ads.
Deleting a vehicle: only the owner can delete it, and only after removing all members. This cannot be undone.

4. Sharing a vehicle with family

Premium only. Open the vehicle's details, in Members choose Invite member, enter the invitee's email and tap Send invite. The app does not send an email: the invitee sees the invitation under Invitations for you when they sign in with that exact email, and can Accept or Decline. You can see the status of invitations you sent (Pending / Accepted / Declined).

Owner: full control of the vehicle and its member list.
Member: can view all of the vehicle's data and add new entries; can edit/delete only their own entries.

5. Vehicle timeline

Each vehicle has a timeline of 6 entry types. Tap + (Add entry) to create one:

Maintenance, Oil change, Fuel, Repair — date, cost, odometer (ODO) and notes.
Capture — take/pick photos to record the vehicle's condition at a point in time (at least 1 photo required).
Check-in — record that you're at a garage/service station: enter the place name and tap Use current location (location permission required).

The timeline shows the newest entries at the bottom; swipe up to load older ones. Use the filter buttons at the top to show a single entry type. Only the creator can edit or delete an entry (even the owner cannot edit/delete entries created by other members). The four cost-bearing types count toward Expenses and Budget.

6. Reminders

Open a vehicle's Reminders screen to turn reminders on/off and configure:

Maintenance and Oil change — set an interval by km and/or months; you're reminded when whichever comes first is reached.
Capture — periodic reminder to update photos on a schedule you choose; off by default.

Reminder dates are calculated from the date/odometer of the most recent entry of the same type in the timeline, so remember to enter the odometer (ODO) when adding entries. To receive push notifications, allow notifications for Vehido in your device/browser settings.

7. Budgets & alerts

In Budget, tap Add budget and choose: the month (yyyy-MM format), the monthly limit, a category (leave empty = all categories) and a vehicle (leave empty = all vehicles). A progress bar shows how much you've spent against the limit. The app alerts you when spending reaches 80% and 100% of the limit.

8. Expenses (charts)

Expenses shows a bar chart of costs by month / quarter / year, colored by category (Maintenance, Oil change, Fuel, Repair). It covers all vehicles by default; pick a vehicle to see it on its own. The budget line is drawn on top so you can compare actual spending with your limit.

9. Shop

Shop (when enabled) lists vehicle-related products. Search by name, filter by category and see prices and promotions. Tapping a product opens the seller's page in your external browser — Vehido does not sell these products directly and does not process their payments.

10. Premium & payment

Open Upgrade to Premium and pick one of three plans: 6 months (149,000 VND), 1 year (249,000 VND) or Lifetime (999,000 VND, one-time payment).

On mobile: pay via Google Play or the App Store. Tap Restore purchases if you bought before but Premium isn't active yet (for example after switching devices).
On web: pay via Stripe. After payment, Premium is usually activated within seconds.
6-month and 1-year plans renew automatically; cancel in your app store (or as described in your receipt email if you bought on web).

11. Account & settings

Open Account to:

Edit profile: change your name and display currency (default VND).
See your connected sign-in methods (Email & password, Google).
Change language between Vietnamese and English.
Open the User Guide, FAQ, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages.
Sign out.

12. Using multiple devices

Sign in with the same account on your phone (Android/iOS) and on the web to see the same data and Premium status. Note: ads appear only in the mobile app, not on the web.
